Mathieu introduced us to the wonderful world of bees. We didn't just sit back and listen, we took on all the tasks of a beekeeper under his friendly guidance. The honey harvest was of course eagerly awaited, and our taste buds are still feasting on it. Thanks to this passionate beekeeper for all his discoveries, which encourage us to follow in his footsteps and protect these magnificent foragers.

A rich and fascinating day. Mathieu is a great teacher and let us do a lot of manipulations on the hives, ending up by extracting the honey.

Mathieu was a very rewarding experience. We learned all about honey supers and frames, as well as the vocabulary of the hive, and practiced many of the steps involved in beekeeping (it's much more than just making honey). The bees remain calm in our presence. And all this in a hamlet with a nice little character. I highly recommend it!

A must! Mathieu is a real enthusiast, and I can't recommend enough that you take the introductory beekeeping day with him. We had an incredible time learning about bees, the organization and life of beehives, and the crucial role of the beekeeper (and everyone else for that matter) under Mathieu's kind, professional and very attentive guidance! And to top it all off, Mathieu's honey is truly delicious, and far superior to anything you'd find in a conventional supermarket!
