• Presentation of the world's 2 best-known wine regions
• Presentation of the appellations and grape varieties of the 2 regions
• Classification of Bordeaux and Burgundy wines
• Explanation of the notion of climats
• Explanation of the notions of mono-cépage and assemblage
• Fun aroma recognition tests
• Tasting and analysis of 5 wines
• Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.
