Course of the workshop (2h) :
- Presentation of the world's 2 best-known wine regions
- Presentation of the appellations and grape varieties of the 2 regions
- Classification of Bordeaux and Burgundy wines
- Explanation of the notion of climats
- Explanation of the notions of mono-cépage and assemblage
- Fun aroma recognition tests
- Tasting and analysis of 5 wines
- Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.

Awesome! I discovered a lot about the wines of each of the 2 wine regions. I also qualified my preference for Burgundy today by finishing with a nice Bordeaux. I was able to identify some grape varieties that I appreciate more than others. And today I'm a little better at saying why I like or dislike a wine. Last but not least, we got a few tips on food and wine pairing. Clémence is an attentive and very interesting guide.
