Do you love wine, but don't always feel at ease when it comes to understanding the world around you? Module 3 of the VOG® (Visual-Olfactory-Gustatory) teaching method allows you to deepen and perfect your knowledge through a more precise approach to vines and wine. This course is ideal for discovering the main grape varieties and understanding the importance of terroirs and their influence on wine.

Tastings are also included: you can compare 7 wines from different terroirs to understand the subtle differences.

Course outline (4h):

The workshop begins with a theoretical part to familiarize you with oenology and viticulture. You'll learn about winemaking processes, the different types of wine, terroirs and grape varieties, and the characteristic aromas of the major grape varieties.
You'll also discover the terroir elements that influence the vine. How to identify them, recognize them and understand their effects on the wine's taste on the palate.
7 wines are available for tasting.
An educational booklet and goodies are provided for each participant.

This oenology course will enable you to perfect your tasting skills in a fun, friendly atmosphere.
