Wine lovers, come and learn the basics of oenology and wine tasting during a 2-hour course. You'll be guided by a precise method that will enable you to identify and describe a wine.

Oenology course (2h) :

• Presentation of the tasting method using theoretical, pedagogical & entertaining aids.
• Introduction to wine and presentation of the different types of wine and grape varieties.
• You will then learn how to describe the wine: aromas, tannin richness, roundness on the palate, acidity level, etc.
• Tasting and analysis of5 differentwines.
• Each participant leaves with a set of materials: maps, methods, vocabulary, tasting sheets.
