Workshop schedule (2h30):

• Introduction to making, tasting and pairing cheese and wine
• Tasting of an excellent selection of 6 cheeses (generous portions) and 4 artisan wines (or softs, quantity: 3 glasses) to match, accompanied by sourdough breads and various sweet touches.
• Stories, anecdotes, discovery of the terroir
• Blind tasting
• Games: test your taste buds on the dishes you've tasted, quizzes, fun challenges, speed questions, etc.
• An expert host will answer all your questions.
• All participants leave with a gourmet gift
