Come and learn about Congolese food at a cooking workshop in the heart of Paris. Natacha and her mom Biby will introduce you to the flavors of their homeland, in a friendly atmosphere! The idea is to prepare Congolese dishes, with explanations and tips on how to get the most out of homemade recipes.
Workshop schedule (3h) :
- Welcome on site by Natacha and her mom.
- Introduction to the history of African gastronomy.
- Discovery of the day's menu, according to season and arrival.
- Natacha and Biby will accompany you every step of the way as you prepare your dish.
- The workshop ends with a tasting of your dishes, around a beautiful table.

5 stars is not enough!!! If you're looking for a moment of relaxation after a busy day, if you want to meet people in a different setting, if you're curious and want to discover Congolese gastronomy while having fun, look no further! I had a wonderful time, guided by an outstanding chef who put us at ease and passed on her know-how. I went on my own and loved meeting new people and learning how to prepare delicious specialties in a friendly, family atmosphere. Thank you so much!
