Meet us near the St Lazare train station in Paris, in a cosy, modern setting, for a Cuban cooking workshop. The chef will share with you his secrets for preparing tasty dishes with a Creole accent.

Course of the workshop (2h30-3h) :

• Welcome & old rum cocktail (or Maracuja mocktail)
• Recipe preparation (starter/main course/dessert) :
  • Cuban-style stuffed pineapple, marinated prawns and chef's secret vinaigrette
