Workshop Schedule (2.5 hours):

• Welcome and introduction to the cuisine and ingredients.
• Time in the kitchen: preparation of 2–3 dishes under the chef’s expert guidance.
• Tasting of the dishes you’ve prepared.

Some examples of dishes: Steamed pork and mushroom ravioli, Beef Pho soup, Pork and crab spring rolls or vegetarian spring rolls, Bobun, Banh Cuon, etc.
