Course outline (3h) :

Creation of a complete menu (starter/main course/dessert) based on the day's theme.

Accompanied by a passionate chef, you'll cook step-by-step, then enjoy your creations together as you share and exchange ideas.

January / February / March menu: Marina's Samboussik bi lahmeh (meat rissoles)/ Fatayer (spinach rissoles)/ Labné/ Maison Joumana winter tabbouleh/ Mouhalabieh

April / May / June menu: Fattouche (salad and crusty bread)/ Houmous/ Grilled lamb with lemon sauce/ Knafeh (flaky pastry with melting cheese and rose syrup)
