Course outline (3h) :

Creation of a complete menu (starter/main course/dessert) based on the day's theme.

Accompanied by a passionate chef, you'll cook step-by-step, then enjoy your creations together as you share and exchange ideas.

April / May / June 2026: Fattouche (salad and crusty bread)/ Houmous/ Grilled lamb, lemon sauce/ Knafeh (flaky pastry with melting cheese and rose syrup)

September/October 2026: Fried Kebbe (meat fritters with onions and pine nuts) Baba ganouge (eggplant caviar) Cucumber with yogurt ,Maamouls with dates and walnuts (shortbread cakes)

November/December 2026: Kebbe à la courge (squash kebbe, butternut, onion and squash seed cake) Persimmon carpaccio, spinach, date and almond salad, Atayefs (pancakes topped with rose and pistachio cream)

January/ February 2027: Fatayer (spinach rissoles), Labné fromage frais, winter taboulé Mouhalabieh (milk flan flavored with orange blossom)
