In a friendly setting, explore the art of blending by creating your own cuvée from local grape varieties, while learning about the history of winegrowing.
Course of the workshop (2H) :
- Introduction to the selected grape varieties and the activity.
- Learn techniques for observing, tasting and assessing the subtleties of wines.
- Taste local produce to explore food and wine pairings.
- Create your own cuvée, blending grape varieties according to your tastes to create a unique wine.
- Bottling, personalize your cuvée with corking, waxing and labeling.
