Course of the workshop (2H) :

• Learn techniques for observing, tasting and assessing the subtleties of wines.
• Taste local produce to explore food and wine pairings.
• Create your own cuvée, blending grape varieties according to your tastes to create a unique wine.
• Bottling, personalize your cuvée with corking, waxing and labeling.
