Course of the workshop (2H):

• Introduction to the selected grape varieties and the activity.
• Learn techniques for observing, tasting and assessing the subtleties of wines.
• Taste local produce to explore food and wine pairings.
• Create your own cuvée, blending grape varieties according to your tastes to create a unique wine.
• Bottling, personalize your cuvée with corking, waxing and labeling.
• Visit the Musée du Vin et du Négoce: Discover the history and traditions of Bordeaux wine merchants.
