I'd like to encourage anyone interested in the world of bees to take this half-day introduction to beekeeping - it's fascinating. Within minutes of my arrival, I had already donned the suit and was standing by the beehives where, as Delphine set to work tending them, she explained everything she was doing and answered all my questions as thousands of bees swirled around us. It was a great moment, the time flew by and I came away from this initiation with a different outlook and a better understanding of beekeeping, bees, and the commitment so important and necessary of beekeepers like Delphine. Go ahead, try this initiation yourself! Frédéric
