Discover the diversity of French wines during a wine tasting session at the Novotel hotel in Aix-en-Provence. A professional oenologist will guide you throughout the tasting to help you separate your sensory perceptions.

Course outline (4h):

• During this course, you will learn how to taste wines and the different stages of tasting. This will make it easier for you to grasp the balance of a wine, develop your nose and identify a wine's ageing potential.
• You'll taste 7 different wines, including Chablis, Côtes-du-Rhône, Haut-Médoc...
