Have you ever heard the phrase "I like its fruity, woody character" and wanted to be able to describe your wine in the same way? Module 2 of the VOG® (Visual-Olfactory-Gustatory) teaching method will enable you to deepen your tasting skills.
Aroma recognition and memorization will be the main themes of this course. Put your noses to the test!

Course outline (4h):

The workshop begins with a theoretical part to familiarize you with oenology. Manufacturing processes, different types of wine and grape varieties will be explained.
You'll then play aroma recognition games, discovering their origins. You'll discover all the factors that influence the aromas you can smell. How to recognize them, classify them and make deductions about the age and origin of the wine tasted.
7 wines are available for tasting.
An educational booklet and goodies are provided for each participant.
