The balance of a wine, the interplay of aromas, the ageing of a wine... You know all this, but you've never really tried it? In this 4-hour oenology course, you'll discover all the techniques of wine tasting and aroma recognition, guided by specialists.
Course outline (4h):
- During this course, you'll learn how to taste wines and the different stages of tasting. This will make it easier for you to appreciate the balance of a wine, develop your nose and identify a wine's ageing potential.
- You'll taste 7 different wines, including Chablis, Côtes-du-Rhône, Haut-Médoc...
This oenology course will enable you to become a true connoisseur of wine and oenology. You can also offer the oenology course to a close wine lover or organize this activity for a bachelor party.
