• Presentation and explanation of the wine-making process, the different types of wine and grape varieties, to acquire the basics of oenology.
• Learn how to taste a wine: observe its color, smell its aromas and appreciate its flavors.
• Guided tasting of four wines selected by our sommelier, with detailed explanations for each to understand the differences between grape varieties and terroirs.
