Course outline (2h) :

Theoretical part to familiarize you with oenology: production process, different types of wine, grape varieties.
You'll then take part in the aroma game, during which you'll practice recognizing the aromas in wines.
Finally, you'll taste 5 emblematic wines. For example, you can taste wines such as Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru, Collioure, Touraine, Saint-Chinian and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.
