Course of the workshop (3h30) :

Welcome and Italian aperitif: Setting the scene with fresh cheeses, homemade sauces and presentation of ingredients.
Preparing fresh pasta: Kneading the dough, rolling out the pasta, cutting the tagliatelle and learning traditional techniques.
Making the sauce: Creating an authentic Italian sauce to accompany your pasta.
Dessert preparation: Creation of a homemade tiramisu, with a choice of flavors and techniques for immediate enjoyment.
Tasting and sharing: A convivial moment to savor the entire meal, share your experience and take home your creations.
