Workshop itinerary (2.5 hours):
- Welcome and Italian aperitif: Set the friendly mood with fresh cheeses, artisanal sauces, and an introduction to the ingredients.
- Fresh pasta preparation: Kneading the dough, rolling it out, cutting the tagliatelle, and learning traditional techniques.
- Making the sauce: Preparing an authentic Italian sauce to accompany your pasta.
- Dessert preparation: Making homemade tiramisu, with a choice of flavors and techniques, to enjoy right away.
- Tasting and Sharing: A convivial moment to savor the entire meal, discuss the experience, and take your creations home.

The workshop is located in the heart of Paris, in the Voltaire district. The exact address will be communicated to you in your booking confirmation e-mail.
Know before you go
- We advise you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, so as to start the experiment in the best possible conditions.
- Don't forget to bring a box with a minimum capacity of 500 grams, so you can take any surplus with you.
- The workshop requires a minimum of 2 participants. If this number is not reached, another date will be proposed.
