Come and discover some of France's greatest red wine appellations and terroirs, including Saint-Julien, Saint-Joseph and Chateauneuf-du-Pape, and learn about the subtleties of these great wines through theory and fun workshops.
Course of the workshop (2h) :
- Study of the notion of terroir
- The great terroirs of red wines
- Understanding the factors that influence wine style, quality and price
- Learn how to decipher label terms
- Fun aroma recognition tests
- Tasting and analysis of 5 wines
- Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.
Led by a qualified sommelier or oenologist, you will take a tour of France's great wines.
