A convivial immersion in the heart of an urban winery to discover the basics of wine tasting, guided by a professional sommelier!

Course of the workshop (1h30):

• Introduction to the fundamentals of wine tasting.
• Commented tasting of 4 wines from independent winemakers (whites, reds and others).
• Tasting of a wine drawn directly from the barrel.
  Sensory experience with a black glass for blind tasting.
• Food and wine pairings with artisanal aperitif platters (charcuterie, cheese, vegetarian option).
