The spa was pleasant, even though one of the two hot tubs wasn’t working—which wasn’t very practical for a group of seven people. The massage for the bride cost 100 euros, even though the price listed inside the spa was 85 euros... The new receptionist was very friendly; she did everything she could to make sure we had a good time. But the manager was very haughty and not at all customer-oriented. In fact, during the macaron tasting offered as part of the service, we noticed white strands on some of the macaron shells. We alerted the owner, mentioning the possibility of mold growth, but he immediately got on his high horse, telling us that was impossible because the products had been thawed and that it was pollen since we were in a park with trees... There were no trees near the macarons, and besides, pollen is yellow and “powdery”… It didn’t look anything like that at all… He pressed the issue again, asking me to turn the products over because “if they were moldy, there would be mold on the underside too.” We listened to the entire exchange and received neither an apology nor any offer of compensation from him… What a great image for a 3-star hotel... In short, we won’t be coming back and won’t recommend you!
