Provençal cooking classes in Marseille 6th arrondissement

Guided by our chefs, you'll revisit Provencal specialties in the form of amuse-bouches, with at least 12 pieces per participant. In small groups, make, assemble and arrange your cocktail pieces. Then move around the different islands to discover and taste each other's creations.

Course of the activity (4h) :

• Presentation of the recipes to be created
• Divide into small groups and create 2 or 3 recipes, guided by the chef's explanations.
• Assembly and presentation of cocktail pieces
• Tasting of everyone's creations
