Treat yourself to a timeless interlude with Puppy Yoga, a unique practice combining relaxation, well-being and puppy cuddles!
This original experience will enable you to reconnect with yourself while enjoying the joyful energy of your four-legged friends.

Session (1h):

• 20 minutes of gentle yoga: postures accessible to all, to gently refocus, surrounded by playful puppies
• 30 minutes of cuddles & games: Licking, cuddling and laughter! A moment of pure tenderness and shared joy.
• 10 minutes of guided relaxation : A final meditation to integrate the benefits of the session and leave with a lighter heart.
