Activity description :

Taziana and her team welcome you to their workshop, where you'll learn how to make ravioli with Italian flavors the traditional way.
Course of the workshop (2h) :
- Warm welcome with cocktail and aperitif and presentation of the program.
- Production of ravioli with fresh homemade dough. Taziana prepares the filling (vegetarian) in front of you, but will give you the recipe to make it again at home.
- Everyone leaves with their own portion of ravioli ready to cook, along with the recipe.
- Throughout the workshop, a selection of natural wines and Aperol Spritz will be offered (extra charge).
A delicious experience to enjoy on your own or with friends, so you can impress your guests at your next dinner party!

Pleasant workshop and presenter, not sure I'll be able to do such beautiful work again at home.... On the other hand, punctual appointment in the pouring rain, 10 minutes with no answer on the phone.
