Activity Schedule (3 hours):

• First, you’ll learn about nutrition combined with hands-on cooking techniques: steaming, braising, stir-frying, and more.
• Magali adapts the recipes to suit your needs and preferences. She’ll offer recipes using whole, unprocessed ingredients: seasonal, organic, or locally sourced (no processed foods containing artificial colors, preservatives, or flavor enhancers).
• You’ll cook a delicious, healthy meal together, which you’ll then enjoy on-site for lunch, an afternoon snack, dinner, or brunch!
