In this course, you'll discover the enchanting flavors of the Maghreb through colorful, fragrant recipes. You'll create 4 savory and sweet recipes inspired by the great oriental classics. Spices, fresh herbs and emblematic products will be on hand for a truly convivial culinary voyage.

Course description (2h) :

• Menu: lamb keftas with almond sauce + oriental carrot salad with roasted spices and orange juice + chicken pastilla with preserved lemon, olives, coriander and cumin + semolina basboussa with honey, orange blossom and cinnamon syrup.
• You'll be introduced to a range of culinary techniques, from working with spices to mastering cooking techniques and creating a fragrant Oriental pastry.
• The chef's advice will accompany you throughout the workshop, enabling you to easily reproduce these recipes at home.
