In a friendly, participatory atmosphere, you'll learn how to create a complete menu inspired by this country. Each session features new techniques, fresh produce and original flavor combinations.
Course outline (2h30) :
- Preparation of the 3 most popular sushi items: Nigiri Sushi, Maki Sushi and California Rolls.
- Throughout the workshop, the chef will give you tips on how to make the best recipes.
