Here’s what’s on the agenda:

• We’ll start with a tour of the Santa Caterina Market, one of Barcelona’s most authentic food markets, where your chef will introduce you to the ingredients, traditions, and flavors that define Spanish and Catalan cuisine.
• You’ll then head to La Foodieteca, an exclusive cooking space in the heart of the city, where your culinary experience will come to life.
• Our program is entirely hands-on: you’ll actively prepare authentic Spanish dishes, including tapas, sangria, paella, and a dessert, while enjoying a selection of local wines or non-alcoholic beverages.
• The activity includes:
  • A guided tour of the market with a professional chef
  • A full meal
  • Sangria, red and white wine, and beer
  • Bottled water, soda/sparkling fruit juice, coffee, and/or tea
  • An apron (which you can take home)
  • All our recipes so you can recreate them at home.
