This workshop will introduce you to grape varieties, which determine the character of wine according to their environment. Among the 300 known varieties, five will be explored during the workshop, and through tasting you'll learn to recognize their aromas.

Course outline (2h):

• Theoretical part to learn about grape varieties and the 5 most important ones.
• Applied tasting of 5 wines to put theory into practice.
• You will then take part in the aroma/flavor game, during which you will apply the VOG® method (visual, olfactory, gustatory).
• Course summary. You'll leave with your course booklet.
