Learn how best to pair wines and cheeses at this wine workshop in Toulouse. You'll explore the great diversity of French cheeses, how to pair them with different styles of wine, and tips for creating original pairings.
Course of the workshop (2h):
- You'll cover the following topics:
- The main cheese families
- The basics of wine and cheese pairing
- Different types of wine (vins de voile, vins mutés...)
- Tricky pairings
- Original pairings
- Tasting and analysis of 5 wines and 5 cheeses
- Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.
Led by an expert sommelier, this oenological experience will enable you to master the subtleties of this pairing in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

A bit disappointing, the facilitator is competent, but doesn't involve us enough, it's not a workshop, but a bit like a course at school, too bad.

Pleasant and interesting course, well constructed and I improved my skills in the field and for that thank you. Minor drawbacks: address not well defined (it would have been better to put mercury hotel) and we started a good 15 minutes late which we didn't catch up with at the end.
