Course of the workshop (1h30) :
- Welcome to the winery and immerse yourself in the world of wine, in the heart of an authentic space surrounded by vats.
- Introduction to tasting and presentation of the 4 wines by the producer
- Guidedtasting of 4 carefully selected wines
- Discover food and wine pairings with a selection of 4 cheeses adapted to each cuvée
- Discussions and advice on understanding aromas and refining perceptions
