Course of the workshop (1h30):

• Welcome to the winery and immerse yourself in the world of hemp, in the heart of an authentic space surrounded by vats.
• Introduction to tasting and presentation of the 4 hemp wines by the producer
• Guidedtasting of these 4 hemp wines
• Discover food and wine pairings with a selection of 4 cheeses adapted to each cuvée
• Discussions and advice on understanding aromas and refining perceptions
