This workshop is aimed at people looking for an unforgettable, personalized experience! At the foot of the towers of La Défense, Fady and Antoine offer you a workshop on their production site, in a wine-making cellar.
Course of the activity (1h30):
- An interactive, educational and fun workshop where, while learning about the making of red, white and rosé wine, you'll exchange experiences and good humor with the producers and other participants.
- In the second part of the workshop, you'll be introduced to the art of wine tasting and, above all, cheese and wine pairing.
- You'll treat your taste buds to a pairing of 5 delicious natural wines and 3 cheeses carefully selected from local Île-de-France farms and dairies!
- Finally, each workshop concludes with a quiz where you can win a bottle of wine.
Whether you're an amateur or a novice, let yourself be tempted by this gourmet experience.

The unusual location and itinerary were the charm of this great workshop, which was led by Fady. Small group (thanks to them for being so accommodating and keeping the date). The presentation of the wine-making process is detailed but accessible, with visuals of the machines used. The tasting and pairing of Ile de France products is excellent. I had a great time. I recommend it as a perfect gift idea! Bonne continuation au pif à papa!
