• Welcome and introduction: discover the day's theme and the main stages of tasting.
• Introduction to blind tasting: analysis of the visual, olfactory and gustatory aspects of 5 to 6 wines selected from independent organic or biodynamic winegrowers.
• Discover the secrets of wine: notions of vinification, conservation, wine service and food & wine pairing.
• Interactive discussion and learning: express your feelings, ask questions and improve your ability to perceive and describe a wine.
