Dive into the fascinating world of wine with Joanna, an art historian who has been a specialist in oenology for over 10 years. In a cosy setting at the Hôtel Mercure in Suresnes, this workshop is designed for beginners and experienced wine lovers alike, with a fun and enriching approach to refining your knowledge and sensations.
Course of the workshop (2h) :
- Welcome and introduction: discover the day's theme and the main stages of tasting.
- Introduction to blind tasting: analysis of the visual, olfactory and gustatory aspects of 5 to 6 wines selected from independent organic or biodynamic winegrowers.
- Discover the secrets of wine: notions of vinification, conservation, wine service and food & wine pairing.
- Interactive discussion and learning: express your feelings, ask questions and improve your ability to perceive and describe a wine.
An ideal workshop to expand your knowledge, enrich your oenological vocabulary and discover unexpected nuggets, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
