Learn the basics of wine studies and deepen your knowledge during a one-day training session led by a team of experts in the field.

A comprehensive program that alternates between theoretical and interactive sessions, featuring a tasting of 14 wines in total.

Schedule for the day (8 hours):

Morning:

• VOG® Method: visual, olfactory, and gustatory analysis
• Training your palate: sugar, acidity, alcohol, tannins
• Understanding the balance of wine and its various components
• Tasting and hands-on practice: finding the right words to describe wine, distinguishing between styles, and understanding the key rules of food and wine pairings

Afternoon:

• Memorizing aromas through fun games
• Classifying aromas
• The evolution of aromas in wine through a tasting of 7 wines
• Describing the wines tasted and understanding the concept of aromas

You’ll leave with an educational booklet and some accessories.
