Learn the basics of oenology and deepen your knowledge during a day of training with a team of experts in the field.

A complete program alternating theory and fun with a tasting of a total of 14 wines.

Course of the day (8h) :

Morning :

• VOG® method: visual, olfactory and taste analysis
• Educate your palate: sugar, acidity, alcohol, tannins
• Understanding the balance of wine with its various components
• Tasting and practical application: find the right words to describe the wine, differentiate between styles and understand the key rules of food and wine pairing.

Afternoon:

• Memorizing smells with fun games
• Aroma classification
• The evolution of aromas in wine with a tasting of 7 wines
• Describing the wines tasted and understanding the notion of aromas

You'll leave with an educational booklet and accessories.
