Tasting itinerary:

• Meet in the heart of downtown Dijon to begin the experience
• Discover four selected wines, tasted throughout the workshop
• Use vineyard maps to better understand the terroirs and wine-growing regions featured
• Enjoy explanations and advice from Gregory, a certified expert in intuitive, analytical, and geosensory tasting
• Get an introduction to various professional tasting techniques in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
