If you're familiar with French wines and would like to broaden your knowledge to include those of the world, this workshop is for you! It will introduce you to 5 major grape varieties grown around the world, little-known or unknown in France. From Asia to America, via South Africa, discover the emblematic wines of these regions.

Course outline (2h):

The workshop begins with a theoretical part to familiarize you with oenology. Manufacturing processes, different types of wine and grape varieties will be explained.
Then the focus will be on grape varieties that are little-known or unknown in France, the most emblematic of their wine-producing country/region, their history, culture and specificities.
5 wines will be available for tasting.
An educational booklet and goodies are provided for each participant.
