It will introduce you to 5 major grape varieties grown around the world, little-known or unknown in France. From Asia to America, via South Africa, discover the emblematic wines of these regions.

Course outline (2h):

The workshop begins with a theoretical part to familiarize you with oenology. Manufacturing processes, different types of wine and grape varieties will be explained.
Then the focus will be on grape varieties that are little-known or unknown in France, the most emblematic of their wine-producing country/region, their history, culture and specificities.
5 wines will be available for tasting.
An educational booklet and goodies are provided for each participant.

The sommelier is very good, simple and friendly. The location is good but there is no free parking and we didn't have access to the hotel parking lot. To be reviewed. On the other hand, you absolutely need a bite to accompany each wine. Although you get the wine and food pairing service, here you need a proper appetizer. The wines were interesting. On the other hand, the wine pairings on the slide weren't particularly appealing. In short, we liked the service, but it didn't make us want to continue.
