Learn how to best pair wines and cheeses during this oenological workshop in Lyon. You'll explore the great diversity of French cheeses, how to pair them with different styles of wine, and tips for creating original pairings.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• You'll cover the following topics:
  • The main cheese families
  • The basics of wine and cheese pairing
  • Different types of wine (vins de voile, vins mutés...)
  • Tricky pairings
  • Original pairings
• Tasting and analysis of 5 wines and 5 cheeses
• Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.

Led by an expert sommelier, this oenological experience will enable you to master the subtleties of this pairing in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
