Workshop itinerary (1.5–2 hours):

• Welcome the group and introduce them to the world of craft beer.
• Explanation of the brewing process: raw materials, brewing techniques, and the distinctive characteristics of the styles being tasted.
• Guided tasting of four craft beers from the venue’s permanent and rotating selection.
• Group “zytho-style” analysis to learn how to observe, smell, and interpret each beer.
