Dive into the rich and surprising world of craft beer at an introductory tasting workshop led by Nicolas, a qualified zythologist and passionate trainer. With a blend of transmission, conviviality and sensory exploration, discover beer in a new light, far beyond simple tasting.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Introduction to the world of brewing: history of beer, overview of styles and discovery of the major aromatic families.
• Understanding how beer is made: detailed explanation of ingredients (water, malt, hops, yeast), brewing techniques and production specifics.
• Guided tasting of 4 craft beers: from the restaurant's permanent and rotating references, each beer is analyzed "zytho-style" with all participants (color, nose, aromas, length in the mouth).
• Fun time: a friendly game to try and win one of the beers tasted.
