Guided by Nicolas, a qualified zythologist and passionate professional for over 10 years, you'll discover the subtle art of combining malt, hops and maturing, right in the heart of the brewery.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Exclusive visit to the brewery: get up close to the vats and raw materials to understand the stages of production and the identity of local beers.
• Introduction to tasting: discover the fundamentals of sensory analysis to better understand aromas, textures and balance.
• First series of pairings: guided tasting of local craft beers paired with carefully selected cheeses.
• Interactive olfactory game: a fun exercise to refine your nose and enrich your aromatic palette.
• Second tasting: go deeper into pairings to compare, analyze and identify your preferences.

In all, 4 beers and 4 cheeses are explored and dissected in a friendly, participatory atmosphere. A gourmet interlude ideal for awakening your senses and sharing a warm moment in a small group.
