Treat the bride- or groom-to-be to a unique and gourmet experience with a workshop on pairing craft beers with local cheeses. Hosted by Nicolas, a certified zythologist and beer professional with over 10 years of experience, you’ll step into the heart of the brewery for a friendly, sensory experience full of discoveries. An ideal activity for a bachelor or bachelorette party centered on taste and sharing.

Workshop itinerary (2 hours):

• Take your seats for an introduction to tasting and an exploration of the principles of pairing.
• First roundof beer and cheese pairings, with a presentation of their characteristics, ingredients, and types.
• Interactive olfactory game to refine your sense of smell and better understand aromas.
• Second tasting to explore pairings in greater depth and identify your preferences.

In total, 4 local beers and 4 artisanal cheeses are tasted and analyzed during the workshop. A friendly, surprising, and unifying experience—perfect for hosting a gourmet bachelor or bachelorette party and creating delicious memories centered around wonderful discoveries.
