Course of the workshop (2h30) :

• Recipe discovery: preparation of four fillings and homemade noodles
• On the menu: Ha Kao (steamed shrimp ravioli), Siu Mai (steamed bites), crispy fried rolls and the must-try Xia Long Bao.
• You'll learn the specific techniques for each bite, for a result worthy of the finest tables.
• Your dim sums will be cooked on site, and you'll leave with your creations ready to enjoy at home.
