The Viaduc de Claudon is located in a quiet, relaxing area, at the gateway to a valley renowned for its many outdoor activities. The most impressive of these is the 45-meter-high bungee jump!
How the jump works
- Once you've arrived on site, our team will brief you, equip you and accompany you on this unique experience.
- Then it's up to you to take the plunge! Look straight ahead and throw yourself into the void for maximum thrills.
For an unforgettable souvenir of this magical moment, you can take theoptional video of your jump, booked online at the time of booking.
Important: the time of your jump will be confirmed by the supplier when you confirm your booking. Remember to consult and print your voucher.

Very dissatisfied with the service. I paid for photos and video of my jump and have received nothing to date. What's more, no headgear was provided, the helmet was old and unpleasant to wear. So I'm very disappointed with this bungee jump.

I never comment on anything, because I don't really like this policy of commenting on everything. But I'm going to make an effort since I keep getting reminded. And despite having sent three e-mails, no one has replied. I don't understand why it's five out of five, because the photo in the ad isn't the real thing. You'd think there was a river under the bridge. We're offered a water touchdown. And when we get there, we see a tub that must be 5 m x 5 m, with a very dirty stagnant rise. We don't feel like dipping our heads in. Finally, we offer the video for 20€. We're supposed to receive it by e-mail. That hasn't happened. And despite 3 e-mails, no one has replied. So that's a shame. I give two stars to the raw bucket itself. But in terms of customer service, information and the illustration photo, I think there's room for improvement.

Great feeling for the jump, disappointed with the environment, photo of a lake and the water touch is in a large tank with tarpaulin. Incorrect photos. Video of jump not yet sent after a week. Nice staff

A little disappointed with the welcome but above all very disappointed with the location. The photo shows a pond or lake, when in reality it's a tiny, dirty pool. People who think the jump is going to touch water are actually going to plunge their heads into it. So I'm very disappointed with my experience.

Despite an unforgettable and sensational experience, the quality of the service needs to be reviewed. The lack of support throughout the experience makes us feel like a commodity in a factory.

I'm glad to have had this adrenalin-filled experience, but I find that the jumps are rushed and that you don't have the pleasure/fear of mentally preparing for them. The jumps are done "on the fly", with no explanation and no contact with the staff. It takes away some of the charm. I was also surprised to see the difference between the 2 types of jump: classic and water touch. The fall is much longer/more impressive for the water touch, and I would clearly have chosen this option (despite the small extra cost) with full knowledge of the facts.

- From Nancy: 1h20 drive via N57 and D6 (100km)
- From Troyes: 2h drive via A5 (190km)
Know before you go
- Attention - Important: your schedule is confirmed as soon as your reservation has been confirmed by the service provider. Please consult and print your voucher in your space to know your schedule.
- Allow 1 to 2 hours on site.
- Minimum weight: 45 kg - Maximum weight: 120 kg.
- On the day of the jump, you must bring your printed voucher with you.
- The organization meets AFNOR standards for bungee jumping.
- Parental authorization required for minors. Please note that a parent or legal guardian must be present with an identity card.
- Medical certificate required for people aged 60 and over.
- The use of personal cameras such as Gopro is forbidden during the jump.
