Play the apprentice winemaker during this 2-hour workshop to create your own cuvée. You'll discover the Caves du Louvre, a secret location in the heart of Paris, with no less than 800m2 of historic vaulted cellars on 3 levels.

Guided by a professional sommelier, you'll learn about wine while having fun, and create your very own cuvée step by step.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Meet at this private mansion in old Paris, once owned by Louis XV's sommelier.
• Presentation of the premises through the history of the Caves du Louvre.
• In the blending laboratory, taste 5 different red wine grape varieties to discover their specificities and characteristics.
• Compose your own wine to suit your tastes.
• Finally, you'll cork, label and wax your cuvée. You'll leave with your own personalized bottle.
• To round off the workshop, you'll taste a wine from the sommelier's selection.

A great experience for a birthday or bachelor party in a historic wine cellar.
