Join us in a private room of a Parisian wine bar located not far from the Louvre Museum for a tasting that invites you to explore the world of food and wine pairings from an unprecedented angle: that of experience and debate.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Meet at the restaurant in one of the private tasting rooms.
• Alongside a sommelier, you'll first discover the main principles of pairing - mirror, opposition, terroir - represented by 3 wines and 3 appetizers, before immediately putting them to the test.
• You'll then taste 3 wines and 3 appetizers, designed to stimulate exchange and discussion around pairings... and disagreements. With the sommelier's guidance, you'll learn to put your sensations into words, understand why certain combinations work better than others, and above all develop your own approach to food and wine pairing.

Come and discuss these pairings in a friendly atmosphere in an intimate setting.
