Join us in a private room of a Parisian wine bar located not far from the Louvre Museum, for a tasting that combines exceptional wines and meats. For 2 hours, you'll take part in a lunch or dinner (depending on the day) in the company of a sommelier specialized in food and wine pairings.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Welcome at the restaurant, in one of the private tasting rooms.
• During this tasting, you'll discover the secrets of cattle breeding, the breeds and the best meats in the world, as well as the secrets of meat and wine pairing and the relationship between terroir and climate.
• You'll taste 5 exceptional cuts of beef and 5 matching wines. Tasting booklet provided.
• You can ask any questions you may have to learn more about these winning pairings.
