Come and discover Reunion gastronomy with Annabel in her cooking workshop located in a typical Breton stone house in the heart of the Mené countryside. You'll learn how to make Creole chocolate and gingerbread.

Course of the workshop (2h):

Welcome and apron distribution for each participant
Explanation of the cocoa and spices you'll use in your recipes.
Culinary creations: you'll learn how to make a Creole chocolate, the recipe for which was served at the court of kings, and a gingerbread.
A recipe sheet will be given to you at the end of the course.
You'll leave with your own creations to share with friends and family.
